    HD Video Walk Through ToursVideo + Music only | This tour is a 1-2 minute baseline “walk through” of a property.

    This is a detailed, feature in-depth tour, presented with background music. Tours highlight standout features
    of the home, such as upscale pantries, high-end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware,
    columns, water features, etc. Perfect for an average sized home or smal luxury property. Two videos
    are created – an unbranded tour for use on the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and
    contact information for use everywhere else. On-camera agent introductions are available at
    additional cost. Spectacular aerial footage is included into to the marketing of the
    property. Local weather conditions at the time of the shoot, safety concerns and proximity to
    airports are additional factors that determine whether or not we are able to fly. We are FAA
    certified, compliant with part 107 of the Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR). We
    adhere to safety protocol and procedures as dictated by the FAA.

    For our baseline real estate package we provide basic coverage which will present your listing in a professional manner.
    Our bigger packages include more bells and whistles; things like a full realtor interview, drone/aerial coverage (where legally safe to fly), and timelapse clips to add to the ability of your video to capture attention. Day and evening coverage of the property creating a mood and ‘feel’ for the property.
    Tours may include various nearby landmarks or features (such as shopping, parks, etc), neighborhood shoots and drive-throughs, maps, etc.
    as well as highlighting standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings,
